Returns are no problem at all!

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days without any problems. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the shapewear. We assume that you try on the shapewear with the intention of assessing whether you want to keep it.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Curveswear with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

An exception to the possibility of returns are products such as creams and Tape that Thigh. These products may not be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken after delivery.

 

Easy returns

You can easily create a return shipment via this link; Create a return shipment or with the QR code on the packing slip.

If you enter your order number and zip code (without spaces), you will automatically be taken to your order and you can choose how you want to return your package.

Don't have a printer to print out the return label? No problem! Download the return label on your phone and let DHL scan it.

If the order has not been returned in this return portal, the return is also at the buyer's risk.

Return costs

The return costs are at your expense. We try to get the best possible rate for you from the carriers. In the return portal you can choose a return label and pay directly. After downloading and printing the return label, stick it on the return packaging and take it to the parcel service.

You also have the option to choose 'I will arrange the shipping myself'. If you click on that, you will receive a PDF with the return address.

Returning multiple orders

It is also possible to return multiple orders in 1 shipment. Then register the 1 order in the normal way. For the following orders you want to return, choose 'I will arrange the shipping myself'. Put all the shapewear to be returned in the shipping bag and stick the return label on it.

Return entire order?

Are you returning the entire order? Then you will be reimbursed for all costs including shipping costs (not the return costs). Are you returning part of the order? Then you will be reimbursed for the costs of the returned shapewear. The order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

What if your order is not delivered?

Sometimes it happens that something goes wrong with the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot always prevent this. In that case, send us an e-mail ( customerservice@curveswear.com ), we will then look together what we can do.

 

This is how we deal with complaints

Warranty

We care about our products and do everything we can to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order does not arrive as expected, which means you can claim warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@curveswear.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register the dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . It is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
